Smith & Jones announced this week the launch of an integrated marketing campaign for Legacy Banks’ new branch location in Latham, New York. Legacy Banks hired the Troy-based firm as its agency of record in 2008. This multi-media campaign is the second major advertising campaign to promote a New York branch opening, and part of a larger brand-building effort to help the bank meet its aggressive growth goals. Campaign elements included social media, banner ad network placements featuring behavioral retargeting, website content, outdoor advertising, print and direct mail.

The official grand opening of Legacy’s new full-service branch office location at 545 Troy-Schenectady Road, Latham, New York, brings Legacy’s branch network to 18 locations. The ribbon cutting was attended by Legacy Chairman and CEO J. Williar Dunlaevy, Senior Vice President Angela Motler, and Branch Manager Wesley Slyke, as well as Peter Gannon, director of operations for the Town of Colonie, and Thomas Nolte, executive director of the Colonie Chamber of Commerce.
