At Smith & Jones, we have principles...

Integrity — We will only conduct business with honesty, accountability and fairness – and only represent brands we believe in. 

Enthusiasm — We will approach each day with the passion of people who love what they do. We will celebrate our accomplishments.

Pertinence — We will communicate to clients, colleagues and target audiences with relevance, clarity, accuracy and empathy.

Objectivity — We are shamelessly inquisitive and open-minded. We kick the tires. We turn over stones. And we are purposefully media-neutral.

Judgement — We will never assume ‘the way it has always been done’ is ‘the best way’. The best way is best — even if it’s not in our best interest.  

Precision— As keepers of the brand, we will ensure that everything we create will be accurate and true to the brand, because execution matters.

Accountability— We will continuously work to earn the trust of our clients and colleagues, and do whatever it takes to keep the promises we make.

Respect — We surround ourselves with people of character, compassion and manners. We abhor negativity, abusiveness and mediocrity.

Conviction — We will act as advocates for our clients, supporting their brands and helping to spread the love every chance we get.
